Product availability is not guaranteed.

We strive to provide accurate ingredient information, and ingredient and allergen details are listed on each product page. Our products contain tree nuts.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information and determining whether products are suitable for their needs. La Tonique is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

5. Orders

When placing an order, you agree that:

• You will pay all applicable charges, taxes, and shipping fees

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion. If payment cannot be processed, we may cancel your order.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated at checkout.

7. Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carriers
• Weather events
• Supply chain disruptions
• Circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.

Local pickup. We offer local pickup at our Peachtree City, Georgia location for eligible orders. When you select pickup, you choose an available pickup day at checkout and collect your order at our address during posted business hours. Pickup orders are not shipped.

8. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are consumable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at bobby@latonique.com within 7 days of delivery, including a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

9. Subscriptions

We offer subscription services for recurring delivery of our products:

• Subscription terms, pricing, and billing frequency are disclosed at checkout.
• You authorize recurring charges according to your selected subscription plan.
• You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account or the subscription management portal, or by contacting us at bobby@latonique.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; it does not affect charges already processed.

All content on the Site, including logos, trademarks, product names, images, videos, graphics, text, and packaging designs, is owned by or licensed to La Tonique and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATONIQUE JUICERY LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• DELAYED DELIVERY
